Laura is a Licensed Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Human Nutrition and over a decade helping women 35+ overcome stubborn weight gain, hormonal changes, and low energy through sustainable, science-backed nutrition approaches. She has additional training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and takes a holistic approach to your wellness so we're correcting the root of the issue. She developed her method after years of 1:1 counseling with women and seeing firsthand why what they were doing wasn't working and learning what actually worked to help them not only lose weight, but achieve optimal health.
Andy is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over 23 years of experience helping women gain strength and confidence in their bodies at every age. He has a B.S. in Exercise Science and additional training in corrective exercise, helping countless women avoid surgery and get out of chronic pain. As a former nationally competitive gymnast, he specializes in functional strength training that builds real-world strength and prevents injury—even if you've never lifted weights.
What makes us different is that we combine expert strength training with proven nutrition strategies designed specifically for women in midlife.
